الشروط والأحكام العامة للبيع

1. Scope. These terms govern all orders placed with Bobst-Jetpack and prevail over any client conditions, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Orders. Orders are firm upon written acknowledgement by Bobst-Jetpack. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping and duties.
3. Payment. Net 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 3 times the legal rate plus a EUR 40 recovery fee (FR L.441-10).
4. Delivery. Standard delivery is 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Delivery dates are indicative; delays do not entitle the client to cancel or claim damages.
5. Risk and title. Risk transfers on delivery. Title transfers on full payment.
6. Acceptance and claims. The client must inspect goods on receipt. Visible defects or shortages must be notified in writing within 8 days; latent defects within 8 days of discovery.
7. Returns. Returns are accepted only by prior written agreement for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or consumable items (inks, fluids) are non-returnable.
8. Warranty. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Bobst-Jetpack's liability is limited, at its option, to repair, replacement or refund of the defective item. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
9. Force majeure. Bobst-Jetpack is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
10. Governing law. French law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
